Designed 375,000 square feet of replacement roofing for almost the entire terminal building. Owner desired a short term roofing system with an anticipated lifespan of 10 to 12 years when the building would be demolished. Designed single ply TPO roofing system over coverboard over existing insulation (where dry). Specified hybrid fully adhered/mechanically fastened system utilizing induction welding of membrane to insulation plates.
